CUSTOM PLANNING FEE AGREEMENT 

Harmon Travel Redefined will charge a non-refundable custom planning fee of $500 per destination to start the process of research and designing of your trip due to the time sensitive involvement and confirmation of any non-refundable components.

This fee is payment toward the time involved to design and research for your trip, and will be applied toward the final balance of your trip.

Timing will be of essence for completion of your proposal; however, exclusive designs may take up to three weeks for first proposal, depending on the itinerary.

We highly recommend the purchase of Cancel/Trip Insurance.

  • CANCELLATION FEE Harmon Travel Redefined will charge a non-refundable cancellation fee of a minimum of $500 per booking after deposit has been applied, in addition to any cancellation penalties incurred by the tour/cruise operator, as well as the non-refundable Custom Planning Fee. We highly recommend the purchase of Cancel/Trip Insurance to protect your investment.
  • Harmon Travel Redefined will charge a non-refundable change fee of $50 per change to your booking after final payment has been received and applied. This fee will not be applied toward the total cost of your trip. This fee is separate from the total cost of the final package and is payment toward the time involved to redesign your trip. We highly recommend the purchase of Cancel/Trip Insurance.
